Over 1,000 already let go in under a week in December.
Is this number referring to layoffs taking place outside of US or was a part of it here as well? I haven't heard about any layoffs on our side in December, but I was wondering if I missed something.
Hopefully, wherever they are, they will stop and give us at least a few weeks to enjoy holidays before hitting again.
Me too, Merry Christmas. I should have seen this from the last QBR where the sales forecast was down. I was in the DPS (Data Protection) division. They are decreasing the headcount quickly. I am going to take my package and work on getting into Rubrik/Cohesity, they are hiring and selling into all of our existing accounts.

The 1000 layoffs were global - US and international. Probably a number of contractors in there too, but that number is a sharp increase over what was seen before in the ZZZ list.
The real economy dried up and blew away a long time ago. Most are just pretending. More pink slips will be handed out in Round Rock,
