Two brothers ... I know they make +++ $60,000 and lots of OT...sending lots of emails to HR. Watch your backs. Doing you a favour 🤣
Watch you backs and what you say. Two brothers will report you.
If I go in it will be for my paycheck $$$ only screw the work.
It was fun this week being asked (pressured) to work Christmas day and boxing day at Ottawa site. Oh......And thanks for the Christmas bonus this year Honeywell
GFYS....
Ottawa's down 2 more as of today. What will tomorrow bring? Or next week? Or next month?
4qyd just made me laugh out loud. Exactly what I was thinking.
One post looks like it was our benevolent site leader, and another looks to me as if the wicked witch of HR posted it. Ladies, you've been spotted.
Can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!
Get rid of the chArts/metrics and the buffoons who make them so people can get some work done. Don't worry Diggy will fix it.
Good to see management finally chime in
.....
Could be the metrics was not properly recorded before the new site leader came to town. You need to ask why the huge delta in such a small time frame? This is why new management sometimes is a good change.
Give the site leader a chance. She has only been their for 6 months. You need to understand....this is why Honeywell has metrics....it proves your overall performance and contributions. How else coud they score your site. Numbers don't lie.
Honeywell is making the right hand turn into software. They want out of the hardware business so therefore funding and key players are no longer any importance. Products will soon disappear to Asia or Mexico. A sign of the times.
If we all worked a bit harder and faster maybe our metrics could improve. We all know it's been pretty easy going. EMBRACE change and leave RESISTANCE behind.
yes she did and PEI has another that would like to send away, far far away>>>>>>>>>>>>>
PEI is where she came here from
3SWD... DONT FORGET PEI
You all are correct...Site Leadership across Aerospace is horrible, Tucson, Tempe, Ottawa, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Coon Rapids, Deer Valley, Plymouth, Norcross and of course the gem of them all Clearwater. HOS is a joke, HR is like the evil empire and the ALT couldn't lead themselves out of a wet paper bag! Enjoy your Holiday furlough and your upcoming RIFs fellow Honeywellers!
Exactly... this is happening at every HON site in the North Americas and Europe. I can't speak for Asia, but I'm assuming it's different there since most of the business processes and products are moving there.
Why should anything be any different at your site than any other Aero site? Get used to it.
We've suffered a catastrophic level of voluntary attrition in Ottawa. It's so bad that we can't execute programs anymore.
Management deals with it by pretending there's nothing wrong, so we just keep losing top talent.
Nobody will rock the boat and help fix what is wrong so the talent drain continues.
Our new site "leaders" answered low morale by installing reserved parking spaces for themselves, renovating their offices, and doing absolutely nothing to make anything better in the site... If anything, it's worse than ever.
The wicked witch of HR only makes a bad place even worse.
Misleading title... We have NO leadership.
It 's the sign of the times at Aerospace.
You drive away all the talent.
This is what you' re left with.
downslide started before she got here
