Senior people have not tested the outside markets. The salaries that most senior persons got when they left DXC was around 100% hike. yes salary doubled
HP had a policy to pay less but used to maintain job stability. Currently in DXC there is a policy of hire and fire, so whats the point in working here for a low or medium level salary ?
I hope that i am next in line for wfrs... I feel sorry for the senior people of this company who continue to work hard and not be recognized. I guess they probably can't find a job that pays more than what they are making now. Mikey really has them by the neck... ready to hang at any moment...
Yes many layoffs are happening in Bangalore.
If you are a fresher (< 1 yr experience) move out quick, you have nothing to lose. Your job is redundant.
