Just seven employees RIF'd in Seagate Springtown.Heartless as usual by Seagate Springtown, in the fact each employee was called into HR alone and told they were being made redundant and had to clear their desks say their goodbyes and escorted off the building all in a short time.Completely cruel and i hope it shows and proves to other employees that Seagate will treat you like dirt and you dont matter to them...you are but a number.

Apprx 40 people were let go from IT today in OKC, with a large portion of the remainder getting their RIF packets showing their final dates in advance. Esecurity across the U.S. has been gutted, GCO is all but gone, and this is only the first wave. Expect more to come in the next 6 months.

NRM IT got hit badly. I think people in IT can get job outside easily if they keep up with latest. IT world at seagate is waiting for their package.
