Signs obvious.
Trim all "non essential" personnel, reduce physical inventory, slow production behind demand, reduce property holdings. reduce business to "Valuable IP" and entice compettitor to reduce competition in a dying marketplace for spinning rust (the only REAL product S----gate has)
