Is anybody else worried that we'll have a disappointing peak season that will not only affect seasonal but other employees as well?
Last year we were already feeling the effects of Amazon's decision to do a bulk of its own deliveries, and this year it's probably going to get much worse. Amazon is the undisputed king of holiday sales. More sales they make, fewer we'll have to ship from other places.
Hopefully last year was a fluke and it'll pick up, but I can't help but be worried.
