CVS needs Pharmacists-- We need to all stand up and fight back. Company wide sick out. Hit them where it counts. Are we going to stand here and let them do this to so many good loyal employees? Who's with me?

Yea, Walmart has already proven that you can just replace an entire staff and it’s more cost effective than to give into demands. If that fails, you can just shut the store down entirely. CVS has taken a page out of the Walmart playbook for years now when it comes to Union and strike busting. As sad as it is to say it, we don’t mean anything to these corporations. We can easily be replaced by some entry level worker desperate enough for a job, at half the wage we are receiving now. Only thing we can do is find a better place to work and earn others about working here. Don’t mean to be a bummer but, that’s the facts.
Is it a benefit to belong to the union based on everything you hear happening to non union workers?
I work in a union cvs and our contract states we can not walk out or strike so guess i wont be with you guys
We as an organized collective group are the leverage. Organise on a full scale level. Act as a single unit and stick together. One person can be replaced, but not the entire district of Store level and Rx employees. Take a stand on a large scale by dumping all CVS Stock for starters.
Maybe it’s time to get a union behind you.!

You have zero power and everyone who hasn't lost their job isn't about to risk a paycheque to complain with you.
That's the psychology of layoffs. Those who didn't get axed are far more likely to shut up and work harder because they like eating and making their mortgage payment.
People need to text others who are in the company and schedule a walk out. All have to be in agreement. Managers text mangers, techs text techs and pharmacist and so forth. We all know someone from other stores somewhere. Chain reaction to cross the country.
