Why did the clown sell $52 million worth of stock?

Not a joke or a trick question.

He sold everyone out... The current Intel employees that think they are "safe" (relatively speaking) will certainly be fired or dismissed from the company at some point in the future. You will all learn the hard way. Good luck.

You honestly think BK is a good CEO? That is a good example of someone who has lost it.

BK. Highest market share in Intel history by a wide margin. But worst CEO in Intel history.

Some people have a very loose grip on reality.

You guys are so dumb. He sold the stock because he was advised to. Tax reform will lose state tax offset.

Why are you so obsessed with BK OP? Is it because you are a Phuckin loser?💩

The obvious answer is that BK knows he will need the money and that INTC is not going higher. That is the benefit of being an insider. You can place your trades in advance then run the share price up at the expense of the company's long term health. BK is the worst CEO in Intel history. A huge mistake.

Perhaps he wanted $52 million.

Sometimes the obvious answer is the correct one.

He is going to need the funds to lawyer-up when shareholder lawsuits begin to flood in and Intel disavows the evil fracker that he is.
