Quality management inaction. The premature cutting of contractors would have brought short-term joy to ML's pension payout but were the guilty ones terminated when he found out about the c---up?
again i was right. just stay away from this fcking sht company! you guys don't want to listen.
One source affected by the glitch suspected DXC had "deleted contractors off the old [billing] system before making sure the new one works".
Hahaha, I can't believe anyone would trust this company to complete any project successfully.
