The HR department has been eliminated at the Orlando DC. One associate gone on 12/01 , the others at the end of Dec. Employees in other departments shown the door because of performance or errors.
Very sad. No turkey given out before Thanksgiving like in prior years. Morale there is very low.
I have been working at this warehouse for a few months, and I must say there are members of the management team that seem quite immature. And their idea of motivation is intimidation. A lot of employees always talk about how good things used to be before this new management team came in. I also think it was really cold hearted and sad to see how people they fired two weeks before Christmas, when most of them seemed to be good workers

I work in a DC, I've never gotten a turkey. If the pallets are mixed, then receiving should be held accountable.

This is why we keep getting shorted on our DC order. Than they blame store employees for internal theft. They new to do something with that entire Orlando DC!
