The list submitted to HR sometimes ago. In Chennai, some of them expected to leave by end of this week. Joining the competitor is not a bad idea as the whole industry knows DXC is laying off people.

The next lay off in APJ, will be continue in Jan - after the long holiday. China and Malaysia will be the next.

WFR will continue in Malaysia in year 2018. The only senior management from Global Delivery, Cyberjaya is Vijay (2 seniors already left last Nov). You can talk to him if you want to be part of WFR..

My manager is in China and he hints me about the same as well China and India center will continue WFR early 2018.

Do not let DXC spoil your Christmas and New Year. New Year, new resolutions.

Heard in recent calls by senior management that there is a plan for shutting down Malaysia centers in 2018. Seems that are not too many projects to handle and most of the business is already moved to Microsoft.

Their will be laid offs forever or until all the older experienced people are gone and replaced by know nothing college kids or people from low cost countries who only know how to follow a detailed script and can't think for them-self when something goes wrong as it always does!

They are moving most of their internal IT support teams into Bulgaria so expect mass layoffs in US/UK/higher cost EU countries.

looks like they are getting ready for major changes soon .... Outsourcing the Legal Department .... its not to grow the company , its to shrink it and its impending legal costs .

The company has made no secret of the fact that regular job cuts will continue until 80% of jobs are moved to low cost areas by 2020. US and Europe are seen as too expensive.

What a dumb question this is! Of course there are going to be mass layoffs. It is the future of DXC. How can people actually think they have a future in this downward spiraling f@ck up of a company?

I got axed last Friday out of the blue...COBRA setup is a nightmare - different programs for 17 than 18 and no information.

Asking "are there layoffs" coming when you work at DXC is ridiculous - are you people really this dumb? Of course there are layoffs coming - the top execs literally admit it in every presentation given to investors and employees. Take the time now to find a new position outside the company. I guarantee you will be happier!

Yes, I now of two in a higher level tech position that were WFR'd this pass Friday. I know of one who very strongly hinted that he was on the WFR hit list and knew of at least three others for next week (Dec 15).

Read the Investors Day slide deck, the strategy is clearly laid out for all to see.

Grunts should anticipate cuts every quarter until 2020 globally
