Have been hearing news that health care accounts are not being considered for future WFRs as they have hit the max limit for WFRs ,anyone else have heard about it.

This has been confirmed. Healthcare planned WFR’s were cancelled.
I am aware of a Healthcare account that has pending WFR names and has been asked for support by HC leadership to push back on the position elimination. The teams are already gutted and eliminations most often result in revenue loss. Hopefully you've heard more recent news than I have.
