Despite outperforming wall streets expectations

Bonuses are not even close to being on track to be funded this year.

The board of directors set an impossible goal to avoid having to pay them. Because f--- you.

However they can afford to give a 401k match raise to everyone making over 150k a year. Nice little stealth raise for all the executives without having to help the little guy at all.

Sr. Staff Engineer’s salary norm is $150K. I don’t think they care about the match increase, but job security.

What did you expect?...I was "retired" in 2014 (age related) but told my job was going away ...even then we knew the execs really don't give a s__t about anyone but themselves !!!
