Banging the "Boss" it sound so...
Ethics got thrown out the door when markita moved from contractor to team lead in about 6 months then to sup after another year or so. Somehow they allowed her to bypass the tenure rules "contractors (who do get hired-on) only get hired after almost 1 year," and " once a contractor is hired-on, he/she has to be on the phones for 1 year before moving to a different position". Everyone else was forced to adhere to the tenure rules. Why did she get an exception?!
