Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

DXC is not a long-term play company

Layoffs at DXC will be perpetual throughout the lifespan of the company, which likely isn't going to be long. Various assets will be sold until there's a skeleton remaining, which will be bought out by another company.

DXC is not a long-term play company. Do not plan on making a career there.

Agree with everything @Q2SJAk4-ptz said. People who think DXC is here to stay are naive. Right now, unless you are near retirement, you should be looking for a new job. Anything else is irresponsible towards your own future.

I escaped last January and got a generous payout. Retired now and I AM F&CKING glad I left! Sh--e company now. I feel so sorry for mates that are still there and having to go thru session number 12 of layoffs. I agree, they think all the bad employees, management are gone...WRONG, I have seen so many of the best people in the IT field that these idiots just let waltz out the door and it's very sad! This company will fail and it's doomed. Get another job if you can and leave this cauldron of clowns as soon as you can!

This company is living way beyond its means. The management and remaining employees think they are the best left. They skirted the BS through the good ole boy and girl network. They are nothing special. Froggman would say they are the leftovers.

at the most, it's another 2 more years since no more customers, vendors, suppliers even employees will want to see this company. just wait when the stocks got dumped!

Every morning I wake up with sinking feeling of another day with DXC. I am praying hard that I get a job soon so that I can out of this crap hole. I need this paycheck, so can't even just quit- though I have fantasized about that many a times.
