One of the two Sr. Director at Pune Raman is leaving Avaya. Not sure if he has resigned or if he has been asked to leave.
So it seems the other one will be the new site lead.

There are many more useless managers with more than 19 year experience in their comfort zone hoping to build their graveyards at Avaya Pune and US especially in support. If they are identified and eliminated revenue target for this quarter can be met or even exceeded. It's a pity 8year olds can outperform them. But there is one problem.. It's sad to note majority of HR guys belong to the above category. Talk less and act more guys.
