What would be needed to prove company wide age discrimination? It appears they targeted a select group of employees based on age or years of service no matter how the employee was graded. It really is depressing to see people that have given their lives to the company to just get shown the door.
This is something I'd really like to know as well, @PUNeU4Z-7gxl. There is no way there was no age discrimination involved, no matter what their rationale is. The question is how to prove it.
