Target isn't going to do an official layoff. They are managing out many employees now to be able to hire college grads. Unless you're on the list, and you'd probably know by now, don't worry about it.

I tend to believe the response below. This forum is for telling it like it is as opposed to how mgmt wants it to be heard.

Yes, it's interesting how the Tgt mgr's are handling it. I received a low review score so I asked my mgr what the objectives were for my role. My mgr replied he couldn't tell me for then I would meet the objectives. Sorry state of affairs working at Tgt.
