Performance pay system is a fraud

I'm sick and tired of the new performance pay system for RSR. They wave bonuses in front of our noses then set up basically unattainable goals so there isn't even a small chance to get even the same pay we used to get before the new system was implemented. This was brilliant thinking on Pepsico's part, screw over employees to save in costs without layoffs or demotions. Plenty of people are leaving on their own now, we've never had as big of a turnover as it has been since the performance pay. I know I am taking the first opportunity I get to leave. This new system needs to go before the company loses all of the good workers.

or try wage and hour. they will validate if it is fair pay

You should call the speak up hot line OR bring it up at a TH OR talk to your manager and share your feedback to improve the process .. whining anonymously on an external website would do no good to you ! Good luck.

performance pay causes huge fluctuations in pay.We do the same thing ,same quality of work,day after day.Paychecks are all over the place!The company does not care if we leave,they can hire a new person ,start them off making 15-20,000 less than a veteran,and accomplish exactly what they want.Besides we are micromanaged at route level now to the point that all ordering is done for us,we just supply the warm body necessary to get it to the market.Then they control our pay by adjusting sales plan ,pathetic.
