Why not consider taking a real approach to transitioning talent within? Oh wait, I forgot. Why transfer talent within when you could likely save money from hiring in from the outside? With Humana, it is usually about the money, not people. Humana should be called Automata. It is evident whether you are talking about clients or associates.

Better yet, new name for Humana should be HELLMNANA, they have really succed at making associates and programs miserable and laying to members. shame on all the executives.
It's all about money. Once you accept this as a fact, you'll be much more relaxed. Go with it, you make money, they make money, and it's all good as long as that is the case. There is no love here.
