I have started looking at plans. Under Additional Mandatory Supplimentary Benefits, Health Education Services is listed for 2017 but not 2018. We get paid by these individual markets. Is it all plans that are eliminating Health Coaching? Don't we have a right to know that our role will not be available to members in 2018? Humana knows much much more about our future than is being said. Do the changes in language on the plan reflect that changes that have already been made, that we will service a very small, sick group of people? In the PHC role we have been graduating people off of our rosters like crazy. They say we are going to be working with a smaller caseload. Some have said that they are making room on our rosters for 2018 enrollees. I think it is pretty telling that there does not seem to be a 2018 funding source for Health Coaching. If I am wrong, please educate us leadership.

That is our program. My coach told us to send anyone who asks about it to customer service and wouldn’t answer any other questions.
I think the "Humana Wellness" program is the Go365 and Medicare Rewards but not health coaching though I could be wrong.
HCMRN here. I noticed that too last week when I was looking up benefits on my new members last week. There is not any benefits for "Humana Wellness" program in 2018. Is the Humana Wellness program the PHC program or HAH?
Realistically, what are PHC’s going to do with members if they are contacting them every 3 weeks with a small roster? Surveys? Members - many, anyway - will flip out at that many calls.
Here we go again!
