Wondering if all properties listed at seritage growth will close

Meanwhile doesn’t look like many are jumping to buy the original Kmart in garden city michigan, or westland michigan, or livonia michigan...ALL are still vacant and being targets for graphitti

Spun off into what exactly?! And yes, who would want to buy a failing turd of a retail company like Sears?!

"retail" isn't some tiny division, it's over 95% of all revenue. What's left after that is irrelevant.

Who would want it?

"got a great deal on a beautiful trans-Atlantic ocean liner...you'll just have to pull it out of the ocean"

Why do it now? Eddie has so much invested in his side projects swy, seritage, etc. He will be the last one standing when the Titanic goes down. Maybe if it was a few years ago he could have spun it off. He's too invested now to do that. He will keep on with the usual in in my opinion. Keep closing stores and then bailout when it's all said and done. His billionaire yacht will always be afloat and sail him away while all the poor s---ed will be left with nothing.
