how did Citrix payout the accruals in the previous layoffs. is it payed out day for day or something else.

I was laid off in 2015 from the GA campus and I believe I got paid out all accrued PTO
50% in FL and 100% in Cali. In EMEA it depends on the country
Depends on local laws.
In some European countries you don't get anything at all: check your contract, that's the best thing to do.

@PywJzi5-xgq - I believe that is correct for FTL. CA law mandates a 100% payout of any accrued time off at termination, regardless of the reason (firing, layoffs, resignation). So the answer to OP's question is "it depends on the location".
