Learned it from the best at Staples. Self promote your way to success, don't deliver, and make a ton of money while screwing those who work out of their jobs. It's just amusing that FM holds this position. Maybe that's why Staples is tanking. No innovation. No leadership.

Rumor has it FM is leaving but I think it is just a rumor. He is awfully enamored with Amazon if you look at his Twitter posts. Too bad he isn't as precarious about spelling. It is "too" not "to" but you aren't paid the big bucks to be smart are you?

Working for FM, and so glad I am no longer, his M.O. was self promotion. He never delivered anything. He would talk a big game, go to conferences and speak but nothing of substance was done. I was shocked when I was let go, but it was the best outcome. Not everywhere is toxic like Staples. What a sad, little company.
