Sounds like Milligan blew this big-time. Maybe the next round of inevitable layoffs should include him and his executive team!
I was under the impression that SanDisk developed the 3D NAND, and owns the IP for BICS technology. And, I thought that Toshiba was only a manufacturing partner but didn't own any IP.
It might have been the SanDisk cool-aid that influenced my memory.
