I am in a group of 40 people, just found out that native Europeans are bring paid 15 to 30% LESS THEN EVEN H1s. Plus our raises were lower. What is our rights. Also women are way above the mean. It s---s

It's fake news to get people riled up. There's no way to get access to this info. If native Europeans mean those that work in Europe, then their salaries depend on what country they're from so you can't compare that to US salaries. If native Europeans mean those from Europe but working in the US, then they would be on H1B. There's also no way for someone to find out if a coworker is on H1B visa. Even managers won't really know that unless the visa is about to be renewed and need the managers' input for renewal.
Lastly, if someone is not happy about his pay and have data to back up that he's worth more, then talk to the manager or HR. What sensible advise can one expect from an anonymous board that doesn't involve talking to your manager or HR?
The question to ponder is why are Intel's competitors spending so much time and energy trying to post fake info?
How did OP know salaries of others? It is supposed to be all very secretive...
European vacations and lack of 40hr work weeks more than make up for less pay. Ideally all European sites should be shut down.
Your manager knows everyone's pay and their value to the team. Does your productivity match your pay?
Go find a job with another company. Intel pays URM and trann1es well, not str8 people. They are sinking like the titanic any know how so get a jump on it.
