Will all the PR employees be able to take all this time off as unlimited vacation and get paid for it? I highly doubt it.

They don't get unlimited vacation in PR. They are getting 2 weeks pay. HR needs to figure out how they are going to help out employees who can't get to the site when the 2 weeks are up.
I hope they can. They need time to rebuild their lives, not worry about meeting metrics so the ALT can get their bonuses.
