How’s that “Unlimited vacation time” working for y’all? We were sent an email listing what we have taken and essential told that’s all we’re gonna get. Due to AEOC revenue being below plan, HON is going to pull in work form 2018 and we will not see a holiday shut down.

May I ask if the VP got a job in AZ? I heard they can’t enforce the DO Not Compete. My friends in HON Aero and wants to jump ship but afraid he can’t stay in AZ

This is precisely why they came up with the unlimited policy, eliminate the documented days you have in writing, and give power to leadership to jerk employees around at will without concern of having to compensate employees.
Our leader told us to take the same amount we would have taken. If I get an email telling me not to take anymore I'm out. Our leader, a divisional VP with 24 years, just resigned because he was tired of the BS going on.
