Were any new FTE's (straight out of college hires) impacted by this?
Any H1B's impacted as well (full time employees) not contractors?

But you are assuming these are H1 contractors right? I am referring to H1 FTE's?
H1's employees are safe. Eventually their Indian managers who probaly came from the same Indian companies as their employees will take care of them. Especially since majority of these bosses are not comfortable managing or working outside their circle.
Sad state of affairs in this country
You are safe since you are at the bottom of the pay scale but i would seriously consider looking for other opportunities in better companies. If this is how #BAC treats employees during good times imagine how you will be treated when the economy turns bad.
What about people who just joined the company from college?
The Indians are safe...
