Cyberjaya centre is closing down. That's for sure as dxc has lost shell account. It was thought after moving it from india back to malaysia, they can continue but shell has made the smart move of awarding it to others. Good for Shell!!!

Most of the projects team and sales teams were given notice by HPE and DXC. Now they are working in TCS. Slowly all the projects will be taken over by TCS... no surprise...

Yes, you are correct. Shell outsource it to TCS is not a good thing. But due to cost, they have to outsource it to TCS, regardless how much they love the Cyberjaya team.
I am from legacy CSC PJ office. I do see a lot of stupid manager been appointed as Cyberjaya core management. Especially the indian from our PJ office. He is totally brainless guy.
Appointing AMEA leader is also the wrong person or rehire back someone that cannot contribute a lot. Picking up all highly paid person but no quality as a leader is not a right way. Why rehire ? Because he got better relationship with upper management?
It surely drive a lot of good quality manager away just like SH. He left today.
Use the money to pay to the right quality manager, they can solve the problem much better. As in reality, the one that really run the show is not the leader than been appointed, they have no idea what they doing. The right person been hide behind the scene by those leader.

The whole DXC is going to drain. It is true. But cyberjaya is totally shutdown, because of SHELL? Don't be idiot and make an irresponsible message here. Shell account is huge, but they are not half or even a quarter of the DXC cyberjaya population.

It has the possibility to close down, but definitely not because of SHELL. Even DXC might close down at the end.

they dont relocate people, most probably they would ask each of those supporting shell to leave office, there is no way dxc could absorbs these bunch people under their payroll wihout putting them into any accounts. It just unfortunate that shell moved out during this hard times
Relocate? You must be joking. The only "relocation" service they will get is a map to the nearest unemployment office.

DXC managers / management are looking for personal gains like free travelling between locations .. Malaysia and India so they keep juggling the project from one location to another depending on who is offering them pathetic service for a few cents less.
No technical teams were involved during transition, only managers looking for free trips, free food and free stay at the cost of business, at the cost of peoples livelihood.
these managers have sunken the DXC ship to new lows..
I believe this comes down to a very poor leadership within DXC and especially, in this case, to Howard Hughes who just don’t realize the business he is responsible for.
He is a relic from last century
