And more to come. I cant even count the number of accounts we have KT'd over to India at our POS innovation center. If accounts are not on IBM cloud its game over for support in the US plain and simple, the cost is too high. Having said that, cloud is having major layoffs now. IBM's cloud business model is a joke. NA wins?? If you believe those emails you need your head examined.
IBM is an F18 heading towards a brick wall. Time to move on.
