@PuTnSE0 There seems to be a bit of a propaganda war going on with employees from rival centres (e.g. India and CSC PJ) posting shutdown rumours in the hope that CJ staff will all give up and leave, or just out of spite. Combine that with lots of (justifiably) disgruntled CJ employees proclaiming the end is nigh... and this is where we find ourselves.
CJ is not going anywhere. Don't make career plans based on the s**tposts here, if you are unhappy start take your time and looking for a job and you will find something. If you are happy, stop worrying and enjoy your life.
yes it will close down unless dxc has decided to a new business of scrapping toilet bowls in cyberjaya. They don't have anything there besides Shell support. Small fry accounts like some bank industry will be moved out to smaller offices. go right ahead telling more BS and lies here.

Some incompetent manager sitting high position. They don't even know their domain well. No knowledge at all. While some quality manager that know the domain well is under them.
Such an arrangement is just killing all the key talent and the company.
IT evolving daily, usually those that cannot perform is the one that keep complaining.
If you are that great, don't make noise, just move on if you don't like, and not barking in the air.

I am a manager from Cyberjaya. Today is my last day. I been reading this website for long time, but i choose to keep quiet. There is some people that I like and don't like.
Although I am not a part of them anymore, but I can seriously tell you that
a) DXC Cyberjaya is not shutting down. Yes, Shell impact is huge, but I know there is initiative behind to close the gap.
b) There is too much low quality manager. YES, it is. But I know there is few great manager still there. I read across this website, and his name mentioned multiple time too. I don't really like him that much, but no doubt he is quality person. Hopefully DXC keep this few good manager.
I just take my last responsibility to tell everyone the fact. Don't simply crap nonsense and make wrong assumption. If no one find a job for you, and no one absorb you into their team. Think carefully...either it is DXC issue, or your own. I hosted a big team of engineer. I know there is a lot of low quality employee as well. Don't only throw the blame to top, understand yourself as well.
