If you can't do mechanical drawing or design electronics or write software or have some other hard skill other than being a high paid manager, good luck to you. And I mean a serious skill, not dabbling or doing sh!t in your mind.

Only the people in WFT say it is the same everywhere else. Your management is told to say that, especially HR. I am outside and it is different.
