Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

December layoffs at DXC

There is a possibility of mass termination in December 2017 in DXC. Probably it will be the managers round. all middle level management are redundant and claim to be people managers aka HR managers. With the intro of NGDM, the managers role is redundant and no longer relevant in todays world.

Been hearing something similar, but still only in rumor territory. If anybody knows more,please share.

Exactly 2njv, the only change is if you came from the HPE-ES side of things, the month of the quarters have changed apart from that, it's the same old nonsense.

WFR will be a constant quarterly threat for at least the first three years of DXC's existence (if it lasts that long), they've made that very clear in the investors report back in April.

So Q3's WFR will be announced in October and out the door in December. No surprises, the only unknown is how many.

So every March, June, September & December there will be people being kicked out until March 2020 at the very least

It makes sense. In the US, our 401(k) match is given at the end of the calendar year, assuming you're still employed.
