I agree with poster why are you managers here if the job is so fantastic. Wow isn't suppose to be fun. Point is the culture is getting worse not better and esp middle managers at Allstate are nothing but flunkies. Read real attitudes of staff not the Voice crap.

Can't imagine working in a place I felt that way about. A miserable way to go through life. If you were a good employee, you'd have no problem finding other employment. It's a great job market. Check it out. If you have what it takes.

what do you do? I imagine goto meetings and learn about CI and constantly ridicule people who produce and support your job. No you cope but again why are you here if everything is fantastic and no concerns about leadership? No one can answer that.

All Allstate workers who do thr work that supports the managers know when they say "toxic" it means you don't agree with everything they say. But our goals say "we challenge assumptions" you managers are truly a joke are you that naive? Really?
