Last week, I heard rumors of a at least one, maybe two, week-long furloughs for Aero in Q4. Anybody else hear the same?

@2mnc if you can pay your car loan and mortgage from 1 week if pay at HON, a 1 week furlough is nothing. Barely a speedbump in the grand scheme of things but think of the rest and relaxation you'll get. I'm already planning on the places I want to travel to so as soon as they drip the news, I'm packing my bags and I'll be ready to go. I'll probably leave for my trip the last Friday before the furlough. I'm being 100% serious here. I hope I get RIFd while I'm on a furlough.

One week's furlough for all you Still-At-Honeywellers allows Dave, Darius & Tim (DDT) to buy an extra mansion or travel house, a new car, a new aircraft, another country club membership, and a couple of high-end hookas. And all you get is a rock (if you're lucky).
Please relax you furlough lovers. Some of us need to work for a living. On week furlough = car + mortgage payment.
Don't tease us, these RIF and furlough rumors better be true. Either way we win and HON loses which is the best outcome. Bring on the RIFs!!!!!!!!!
