15 years with the company and had senior manager position grade 5. The package seems fair to me but maybe others have walked away with more?

That's about what it is for B06, for me it was very sweet payout to be done with these robots and drones. Now with MUCH better company with excellent benefits, compensation and management who know the industry. Living life and loving it !!!

Most of slb layoff are like throwing away garbage than paying compensation.
