There have been rumblings for quite sometime within the CF ranks of a major shakeup due to BD not actually being in their element with this type of business. It is getting awful at CF due to years and years of group think style management. By far the most inefficient and disoriented company I have worked for and I have worked for quite a few. I have on good source that the MMS division will be vultured to death by a combination of cuts to R and D and reliance upon contingent workers along with micromanagement of existing field employees. This company has truly lost its way and will hemorrhage contracts until it is snapped up by a more compatible medical device company.

Couldn’t agree more. It is just levels upon levels of coasting ineffective management.
As CF legacy it is shocking to watch how this company has deteriorated into what it is now.
I think there will have to be a management clear out soon. Sales figures index line year after year. Nobody listens and nobody understands their job internally.

Agreed! As a former employee, the company culture is to hire incompetent management and lay off quality employees. There are some great honest people there, but politically, it's chaos.
