and yet another re org

Am I the only one that thinks the constant re-orgs is crazy?

I was laid off several months ago, after giving my best for 5 years. It's the best thing that could have happened to me. I now work for one of the largest Telecom companies in the world. I am respected and appreciated by management and peers. I am surrounded by professionals who act like it. I have already received an award in less than a year of employment. This is something that never happened at Carousel. Get educated, get as much experience as you can, and get out. There are better companies and opportunities out there!

The re-org was a success we promoted 50 new people to VP added 100 new supervisors and 200 new middle managers . This will insure your job is more difficult and harder to do on a daily basis

We don’t value hard work here at carousel just a-- kissers and management . Keep up the good work and keep making me money to buy more bmws and beach houses

get experience, get paid and get out

the constant shuffles at the top mean they don't know how to do strategy

it was like this for years before I joined and it is still going on

keep your head down and leave when you can

8 or more levels of management in a company this size is a joke
