I just wish they would fire me. And give me a nice fat check on my way out the door. Problem is, the less work I do the more secure the job becomes. Best pay raises I've had began when I stopped working and started playing the game. So I'll look up from my game to watch the people who actually contribute get walked out the door. And I'll continue to draw my paycheck until they pay to fire me.

Your being paid to work, do you f**king job and if you get WRF'ed take the package, otherwise wait like the rest of us s---ers who stay

This thread should stop because its f**king stupid

go ahead and harass your leadership and HR to get a layoff. instead you will be fired for cause and no package.

Grass is definitely green outside. Got my new job in less than a month. Dxc can go to hell.

Find your transformation rep, every region has one. Send them repeated emails. In the UK it’s Fiona Hardinge.

I say engineer your layoff. Took me 3 months but it happened and I am happy outside of DXC. Google for more information on how to engineer your layoff. Grass is freaking green outside, trust me.

The lists are drawn up by McKenzie and are for CR not VR.

HR is there to protect the company, but it is in the company's interests that you leave!

I've seen quite a few people approach HR to seek VR after their Manager was reluctant, because basically your leaving puts more pressure on your manager to deliver. Hr will likely ask you to raise with your manager and if you say he refuses and you WANT to leave then communication then starts between HR and your Manager where your Manager has to justify his position which usually caves in.

A manager has to jump through piles of approvals and change records to recruit on workday, but did you know that to get rid of someone is just one button on Workday and it's 'fast-tracked' ? They made it super easy for Managers to get rid of people.

HR is a waste of time. HR are there to protect the company. Simple as that. They will never do anything to benefit the employee if it does not fit directly with what the company want.

First your manager is lying to you. Second HR does not manage the list so don't waste your time trying to find an HR person. It is being managed beyond, and in some cases, well above your leadership chain. Lists were made a long time ago and they are simply going from the top to the bottom.

Your manager s---s and is lying to you. I agree, go to HR... that is if you can actually find and HR rep. Good luck.

If you go around your manager and go direct to HR and ask for Voluntary Redundancy, your manager will be pressured to accept it. A manager is only included in the loop to be a point of responsibility to manage the leave or any complaint you may have about due process.

It is very unlikely any manager's claim to retain staff would be listened to.

thats the standard CSC response. all DXC managers have undergone this training. they will refuse when you want to leave and then ask you to leave when you have turned down other offers. be careful of these swines called managers, better they be called pimps.

I feel your pain. It’s an awful situation to be stuck in. I was lucky enough to get a package in March, no regrets, took me about 5 minutes to realise I had made the correct decision.

Don’t worry to much about there not being any of packages at the moment - one will be along shortly, good luck!
