Guys, What is your new CEO doing? Isn't he firing people? I bet, he will bring down the total employee strength at Avaya to 6000.
I had such high hopes for him when I joined Avaya from Nortel, I was able to work fairly close to him over the years and my respect for him consistently lowered. I purposely changed organization so as not to have to deal with him directly on yet another dead end project he would assign blame on. An example of always having to be the smartest guy in the room and constantly reminding others of it was an absolute failure.
hopefully today's farewell email is the last of him... now to sweep JC out asap. someone should write a book on how to rape and pillage a company for financial gain and use these clowns as role-models.
yep ; compared to Lou D'ambrosio ....
he missed the prize ; last year ;
he was only rated nr 4 in the "most hated contest for 2016' ; could have been ''better'' i guess
he was not recognized for his value

On the other side; he did better in class 'salary/comp self increase' . here he was very good
Now ; he is receiving his 'thirty pieces of silver' for his outstanding achievements
yes indeed , in addition with his tremandous work at JDS Uniphase, all he did over the last years is really looking great in resume summary .
Promoted as ceo at Cisco, you probably would see Cisco collapsing in 3 years; most likely
what to add ? in theory; the next Avaya CEO can only be better
Hey, no need to be so rough on the Chief. He did an awesome job, didn't he? Just like he did at JDS Uniphase.
And he's ended up pretty well. Maybe he can spend his retirement days with John Roth, just hanging out and counting their millions. Nah, he'd rather hang out with former Cisco execs, has he ever turned one down for a job on his executive team?
Or maybe now that he's presided over the killing of two companies, another will snap him up to lead them down the drain.
