I know it's everywherebut I was hired in at the vcsummer plant that no longer exists but they preach about no buddy system I know for a fact that they hired some on the upper management family members in that where 19/20 years old as journeyman ironworker an riggers ok no way in hell your a journeyman at 21 took the test failed it but making top 💰 an wanted us to train him don't mine helping anyone out but if they are making the same as me they better know how to do their damn job
