Just look at SBG and functional leadership today versus 36 months ago. The talent and maturity level not even close. Attrition rates through the roof. Do not even have internal resource to replace AERO CFO but bench is strong according to leadership.....place is a joke!

In most cases not replace them at all. Score! Just dump the work on others that remain.
HON doesn't consider them regrettable. As far as HON is concerned, these are all opportunities to replace 25% of those positions, and at a lower pay scale. Score!
How do you turn a profitable company with government contracts into K-Mart??????? Just hire Dave, Darius, Timmy and Mike M. (My apologies to K-Mart, they are obviously a better run company ,,,,,)
I don't remember a time when there were more "acting" positions than what Aero has today, with two of those at the ALT level. Brain drain indeed.
