Boohoo. I'm one of the dreaded "Millenial" workforce members and you can damn well be sure I'll never even get the option of a pension. And people wonder why I change jobs every 3 years? It's because nobody gives a damn about employee satisfaction anymore - least of all the joke of a management team at d---s--- Technology!
