The reductions & Layoffs should include poor performers such as coordinators, directors, and low performing faculty members at all campus locations. Especially at the Houston campus that have multiple questionable coordinators and directors that are sub-standard in their positions.
The campus currently has a key coordinator that is gone by 1 PM daily, which is unacceptable in the eye sight of many faculty members. The Dream Center must address individuals as such to preserve other employees from a layoff! EDMC has allowed this type of behavior to foster for many years, and they wonder why the organization has major problems.
The Dream Center must clean house when the purchase is complete to save value added employees! I’m so fed up with EDMC! I’d like to mention names but I won’t.
