Enough with WIGs, be here now, hold hands, culture change, crap! Get back to the basics, lease, drill, complete, produce, repeat. You will continue to lose good talent; but wait until oil recovers, you will lose more & more employees to competitors who want drill wells &make money vs. CHK .... the Culture Champion

Oh & by the way all the money they wasted on the ole trackoemployee because we dont trust them (epic fail major issues, safety issues, does not work, crap install where the roof leaks when it rains, trucks shut off on their own). Yeah all true....... Get ready to dump more money into this because it was rolled out in a hurry & not vetted. #justputachipinthem

Wow well put, it is true there are jobs out there for qualified/quality hard working people, the kind CHK doesn't want. They want folks with no ambition, experience, or knowledge willing to accept low wages at dead end company. I left and make 30K more have never been happier.

I escaped earlier this year. Was patient and got a $25K raise in the process. CHK management keeps their sheep in fear by telling them nobody will hire them. Truth is, jobs are out there for qualified/quality individuals. You know, the kind CHK doesn't want. Cashed out my last bit of that wonderful CHK stock a few weeks ago. It will never recover. Get out while you have the option.

Current employee here. It is bad up there. We sit in our offices and laugh at the supervisor hires (who have no idea what they are doing) and all of the culture initiatives. The people they want are people who adhere to their culture, and those left are the people who don't give a F about their career advancement and live with rose colored glasses on. It isn't about work anymore it's about who you buddy up with to get good reviews. I've got another offer and am out next week. Can't handle another culture initiative meeting.
