Thread regarding Mattel Inc. layoffs

Do what i say and not what i do

It's funny how we have to take a new Compliance Training course 3-4 times a year. Everything from insider trading, conflict of intrest, harassment, best practices...the list goes on. Everytime i take this courses, I can refer to at least one example of when someone currently in the company violates these 'rules'.THese are prime examples of 'do what i say and not what i do'. most everyone in the compnay knows these things are going on, yet the criminals are rewarded with promotions. Good job, HR!

So much this, @Pe7ShDM-kpu. It's like they do these things only so they can point at them and say, see, we are being proactive, we are doing something. Meanwhile, those who know somebody has their back keep violating every rule with no consequences whatsoever. It's disgusting.

because you're all sheep.

Then you complain about too many rules but when someone breaks them you complain as well.
