Even Cognizant gave at least 9 months pay as voluntary separation incentive

Even Cognizant gave at least 9 months pay as voluntary separation incentive to senior staff, but DXC which was formerly HPE and screwed the employees over. As long as it was HP/HPE the employees were not being cheated as such, but it has changed since April 1, 2017 with the formation of DXC.

Employees should demand at least 12 months pay as Voluntary Separation / Workforce Reduction incentive, keeping in mind that employees worked for HP/HPE for several years and contributed a significant portion of their lives to the growth company.

Hp, dxc will be boycotted worldwide for bad practices. I will surely discourage anybody from using that brand anymore. Let's join the worldwide boycott for hp and dxc.
