What the hell are you talking about? As noted, FMLA is a federal law that provides team members with the ability to take time off to care for themselves or a loved one and not be at risk for losing their job.
Here’s my question with re: to perceived abuse: is it abused or is it a benefit that's being used in greater numbers in reflection of the current work environment?
