wow, the building is all of bunch of crooks and frauds, there is a server group (ESG) also functioning in the same building, incompetent people are all on the top of the company and sadly frauds are finding a way to reach there, they work in tandem and identify their close bloods, it is like watching the godfather movie, how come dell becomes such a horrible place to work? it seems the company is in the verge of extinction, a death by its own action.

I don't see any difference from what is going on in NDC, especially in QA. Shameless people being protected, promoted, awarded and collecting Dell's money. It's going on for years. I think NDC is the most under skilled and incompetent but everyone still has jobs.

In BDC, there is a close-knit group of all failed people ( Director, managers, and sycophants joined from NetApp and legacy EMC when got fired) whose only mission is to keep real performers and achievers under their feet by all means. Nepotism has deep roots into BDC and blossoming at it best. They harassed many and finally made them leave the company when they voice against the unethical practices. No wonder, you will see a lot of fake promotions, awards, appreciation to sycophants and relatives. They say awards are decided by nominations/recommendations. LOL. If they have courage, disclose all the emails for nominations against awards given and guess what, the committee will not have a place to hide their shameful faces. They don't abstain from any unethical practice to save the sycophants and relatives. Needless to say, everyone in the BDC has witnessed it. It is the high time for top management to look into the mess and get rid of such element who is ruining the growth of BDC.

very funny. to put this in the colloquial Indian way this is termed as 'holding the bucket'. Looks like the BDC storage management now ditched their leader and holding bucket to the new EMC and compellent management.

Looks like all the directs of the laid off director are now scampering around. Being ace sychophants they are now all out bending their backs to the compellent management.

All hands is just boring torture. I have attended last three all hands. I can't skip it as my manager has made this compulsory. Funny thing is there is a program manager who acts as a bouncer every time. Last time he made me sit in front row. I dunno the immaturity of this management.they think we are school kids or some sheep or something.

I dunno about the abuse and all as I hardly know about this person... He never used to come to sixth floor or eight floor where the teams are located.. We thought he was just busy. All-hands is where I saw heard him and he talked rubbish. Showing some cricketer photos which made no sense. Talking about why he liked eating chicken..really funny but nonsense.. He goes on praising his two techies as though they are some Einstein or steve jobs. In reality we know what they are.. He makes us feel because of him and his techies we are getting salary.. What he does not realize is he is also employee of Dell like all of us.. Sun will still rise and set without him.. and now they fired him and nothing bad for company will happen..

There are other folks in his cotiere who are equally culpable and are still at large. Hope the sense of justice catches up with them.

Good that the incompetent Director of BDC storage is laid off. It gives hope to people that there is something called justice. This man is a serial abuser and sociopath. He along with another director in BDC were caught red handed abusing folks and threatening them. That too just because his best friends wife who was hired by him got low tell dell scores. The HR noted down the complaint and did nothing for one and half years. The team which complained were hounded and made to leave the company. The ones who survived had to bear with the constant torture and agony from these crooks.

My interactions have been minimum with him. Found his way off talking unusual. Thank god I don't have to listen to his all hands ever again.

Agree with other posters on how this guy managed to hoodwink the system for so long. He even had HR and legal cases pertaining to threatening teams. He used to talk just junk in all hands and acted as if he is the owner of the team game bing salary from his pocket.

I got to know from my manager. This is true.
